Fly Girl Style: I was the 1995 and 1996 Central Coast aerobics champion - Jane Fonda eat your heart out. While I've hung up my spandex and can no longer express myself by doing a one arm push up, my panache and poise can still be witnessed on the back of the trolley cart. My lunges and squats to reach passenger's meals are seamless and my strong handgrip means that no meal has ever been dropped on a passenger's lap.
