At the airport:
Transfers: Arrive in style and on time. Guests, departing from and arriving into selected airports, can enjoy chauffeur service and private sedan transfers with our partner Brunel. Guest can also enjoy discounted rates on bus shuttles with our transfer partner Con-X-ion. While eligible Business Class guests travelling on our international long haul services can pre-book a complimentary limousine service to and from the airport.
Valet Parking: Save time at the airport. All Virgin Australia guests can access Brisbane Premium Valet parking. Business Class guests receive exclusive access to Sydney Premium Valet.
Lounges: Relax in comfort, removed from the hustle and bustle of the airport. The Virgin Australia lounge is a secluded pre-flight haven with a great selection of complimentary benefits designed to cater for guests’ moods and purposes. Located at Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Mackay and Gold Coast domestic airports, the Virgin Australia lounge is open seven days a week.
