Sally Seltmann is an award-winning songwriter and singer. She has previously released albums and performed under the name ‘New Buffalo’, and is well known as the co-writer of the song ‘1234’, performed by Feist. Sally now returns with her new album ‘Heart That’s Pounding’, due out April in North America on Arts & Crafts.

Grand Atlantic are an alternative rock band from Brisbane, Australia. They blast out melodic, hard-hitting songs, often compared to Oasis and Jet but recalling the powerpop sensibilities of Redd Kross or Teenage Fanclub. This band is all about immediate hooks, visceral guitar riffs and a swaggering rhythm section. Their new album, titled ‘How We Survive’ was released in July 2009 by Laughing Outlaw Records in Australia. Tracks from ‘How We Survive’ have been featured on blogs and internet radio stations everywhere from Belgium to Russia, and the album enjoyed extensive airplay on Australian radio, ending up on a number of the year’s “best-of” lists…

The Goons of Doom are throwing a party and want everyone to come topless. The five childhood friends started the band five years ago with instruments bought from a pawn shop and with rudimentary skills wrote simple songs that were startling, honest, ridiculous and instantly catchy. Two albums later, their sound has been honed into an ecstatic mix of shanty sing-a-long surf mixed with deadbeat rock and roll gak.
